What do you think is the ideal age for an instructor?

I recognise that there is no perfect age, but I remember in the past classes being taught by 16 year Olds or less, which whereas from a technical perspective may be fine but there are a number of issues here

We have all assisted in classes but I am referring to lead instructor. I.e. can be left to run a regular class alone... rather than assisting in a class or running a school yourself.

Maybe 35. It's ideal if the instructor is still able to perform stuff himself. Makes the instructions less muddy for the uniniated..
